From the day you received the impression to the day you deliver it
My experience at Machida Shoten, which I visited when I was a student, was a major turning point for me. I was struck by the scene of people seeing off customers with overflowing gratitude, and I was convinced intuitively that "I want to work at Gift, something fun awaits me there! I had an intuitive conviction that there was something fun waiting for me at Gift. I also strongly felt that I wanted to be on the giving side of the excitement that I had been given.
My role in an environment of accelerated challenge and growth
What has surprised me since joining the company is that I have been blessed with more opportunities for growth than I had imagined: within a year, I was selected as a store manager, and I have gained a number of valuable experiences, including giving a speech at the new employee initiation ceremony and working on a project to support the disaster-stricken areas in the Noto Peninsula. Particularly memorable was the experience of being involved in the launch of a new store, where, together with 50 cast members, I successfully created a store that embodied our philosophy while nurturing not only skills but also working attitudes and a caring spirit.
The reason I have been able to experience so much is because I embody "Shiawase, from me. I think the reason I have been able to experience so much is because I embody the philosophy of "Shiawase comes from me. In order to embody this philosophy, I have been constantly developing myself by reporting my thoughts and actions to my supervisor, receiving feedback, and thinking about how I can make my colleagues happy. Determination for the next stage
In the future, I would like to take on greater responsibility as a senior store manager or block manager. At the same time, I would like to create stores that can deliver shiawase (happiness) along with a warm bowl of ramen to areas where gift ramen has not yet reached.
