Newly graduated 9th year students] Shiawase Synchronization "Ball Game Tournament" was held!

On Monday, November 25, the 2nd Shiawase Synchronization Party was held after the training at the Shibuya Head Office!

Following the last ping-pong tournament, we 9th graders love to be physically active.

This time, the gymnasium was rented out and a "ball game" was held!

■Competitions

The following three events were held at this year's ball game tournament.

Boring

Dodgeball & Dodgeball

Jump rope

Participants were divided into four teams (red, blue, yellow, and green) and engaged in heated battles for gorgeous prizes!

An impressive team effort!

Especially in the jump-rope event, several teams jumped 30 or 40 times in a row in the performance, despite only a short practice time! Once again, we were able to experience the teamwork of the 9th graders.

The strength of the 9th new graduates is that they naturally get along with everyone, regardless of business type, region, or gender, and are full of smiles. This cohesiveness is thanks to the events planned by the New Graduate Recruitment Section before they join the company and the generous support provided by the Human Resource Education Section after they join the company!
