Our "Miso Ramen" is a dish with a miso base and lots of flavor from stir-fried vegetables.

Royal taste with matured miso
The red miso is a special miso made in the restaurant using aged miso from Hokkaido. The miso is combined with several kinds of vegetables and a double broth made from pork bones to give the dish a strong yet gentle flavor. The shiro-miso (white miso) is made from Shinshu miso and has a rich, yet refreshing flavor. The red miso lives up to its name, with its royal aka-miso and the new-style shiro-miso. We hope you will enjoy them.
