NAGAOKA SHOKUDO
The "Chuka Soba" with ginger soy sauce, a well-known local ramen of Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture. The light broth made with carefully selected ingredients has a rich flavor and is popular among men and women of all ages.

The light broth is crisply finished with plenty of ginger, and the freshly sliced pork is excellent ginger shoyu ramen!
The soup is made by adding high-quality chicken stock to pork stock and back fat and simmering it for a long time. A generous amount of ginger is used as a finishing touch to give this gingery Chinese noodle soup a deep yet refreshing flavor. The special noodles are smooth, and the pork chashu (pork cutlet) is also excellent!
