Eligibility for Application Those who are expected to graduate from a university, graduate school, junior college, vocational school, technical college, or high school between April 2024 and March 2027, and who are able to join the company in April 2027.

Monthly salary: 295,000 yen (including fixed overtime)
Basic salary: 250,000 yen
*Duties allowance (fixed overtime pay): 45,000 yen

Junior college/Vocational school graduates
Monthly salary: 279,700 yen (including fixed overtime)
Basic salary: 237,000 yen
Basic salary: 237,000 yen *Duties allowance (fixed overtime): 42,700 yen

High school graduates
Monthly salary: 267,900 yen (including fixed overtime)
Basic salary: 227,000 yen
Basic salary: 227,000 yen *Duties allowance (fixed overtime): 40,900 yen

Fixed overtime allowance is paid even if there is no overtime work.
Vacations and Vacations 2 days off per week (8 days/month/shift)

Treatment and Benefits Scholarship repayment support system: Introduced for new graduates in 2027. The company will support repayment of up to 20,000 yen per month for up to 5 years (maximum 1.2 million yen).

*There is an alternative support system for those who did not use the scholarship system (either option is available).

    All participants will receive a "Digital Ramen Ticket" that can be used at any of our affiliated restaurants nationwide!

  • STEP 3

    preliminary screening

    After the briefing, we will follow up on your job search with job hunting consultation and interview preparation!

  • STEP 4

    preliminary screening

    Second round of screening conducted via web
    Interviewers: department managers (sales and recruiting departments)

  • STEP 5

    final selection

    Conducted in person (Shibuya Head Office) We will cover round-trip transportation expenses (up to a limit).
