I kept trying. My clumsy self, the fastest senior block manager in history Tomoya Shinjo, Shanghai Jifutomo Food & Beverage Management Co.

A new career led by the joy of customer service
The first time I felt the joy of working in the customer service industry was when I was packing bags for a retailer. It was an unfamiliar part-time job, but I remember how happy I was when a customer told me that I had gotten good at packing bags. Until then, I had studied law and aimed to become a civil servant, but this experience made me change the axis of my job search in one fell swoop. That is when I met Gift. Gift was an ideal company where each and every employee seemed to be enjoying their work and where we were growing as a company.
Since I joined the company, they have given me more and more stages to challenge myself. The harder I worked, the more I tried. As a result of my enthusiastic efforts, I became a senior block manager in four years, the fastest in history. This factor is because I am clumsy. So, for that reason, I did twice as much as others. Then, the gift further prepares a new stage for me, so I can't stop growing.
Continuous challenge, growth, and desire for fellowship.
Now, as a block manager, my main focus is to train my subordinates. What is important to me in this context is to convey a culture of mutual help. I educate them to seriously deal with people. This is because a good restaurant can only be created by facing up to one's colleagues.
I want to continue to create an environment in which the people who support Gift can continue to shine. And without diluting the philosophy of Gift, we would like to expand our stores and spread our thoughts.
Gift is a workplace full of challenging and ambitious people.
We invite you to put your experience and skills in the food and beverage industry to good use at Gift.
