Passion for Ramen led the way to joining Gift

I love working in a ramen restaurant. This desire led me to join Gift. I enjoyed working part-time at a ramen restaurant when I was a student, and I worked only part-time. When I thought about working at a ramen restaurant as it was, I wanted to see another world, so I went to various ramen restaurants. I will never forget how impressed I was when I went to Gift for the first time. I had been impressed by the taste, but I had never been impressed by the sales staff. However, the sales staff at Gift was very cheerful and full of energy. I immediately called them and asked them to let me work here, and they hired me.

At the age of 20 at the time, he had a strong desire to move up the ladder, "I'm going to be the youngest store manager! and within a few years, he became the store manager. This speedy career path is also unique to GIFT.

Challenges and educational innovations as a block leader

Currently, I am managing a store as a block manager. In particular, the educational aspect is a big challenge. Each manager has different values, so although the goal is the same, the route must be different. Therefore, we devise ways to communicate and teach. I find it rewarding to see the store and its manager grow and become happier as a result of my efforts.
