Designing the Future of 1,000 Stores Design Challenge
I wanted to pursue a career in design and was previously involved in graphic design. I met Gift when I was rethinking my career and work style, and was overwhelmed by the company's clear vision of 1,000 stores and the speed at which it was growing.
Design that reaches the field and moves people's hearts and actions
I am currently in charge of design work in the Partner Strategy Department. I work on a wide range of sales promotion materials such as flyers, posters, ticket vending machines, and signs and banners for new restaurant openings. When partner companies and owners say, "This design is good," or when it leads to increased sales, I feel that I have helped people. Design is not just about organizing the appearance of a product; it is about giving shape to our thoughts and delivering them to those who need them. I try to make it an opportunity to change the behavior and awareness of customers.
Supporting a memorable home through design
My future goal is to become "a person who delivers Shiawase through the power of design. Design has the power to give shape to people's dreams, convey their thoughts, and create action. I want to continue to grow as an in-house designer and become someone who is needed. I would also like to continue to support Gift from the aspect of design so that it will be chosen as a memorable restaurant for many people.
Gift is a workplace full of challenging and ambitious people.
We invite you to put your experience and skills in the food and beverage industry to good use at Gift.
