Outline

History

Our business began in January 2008 when Sho Tagawa, President and Representative Director, founded Yokohama Iekei Ramen Machida Shoten (the first directly operated restaurant in Japan) in Machida City, Tokyo, as a private business. In December 2009, Machida Shoten Co., Ltd. (currently the Company) (capitalized at 5,000,000 yen) was established in the same city as a corporation of a sole proprietorship for the purpose of operating a restaurant business, and the directly-managed restaurant business division was launched. The history of the corporate group since the establishment of the Company is as follows.

Machida Shoten Corporation (currently the Company) (capital: 5,000,000 yen) is established as a sole proprietorship incorporated for the purpose of restaurant business, and the directly managed restaurant business division is launched.
January 2010
Final Three Feet, Inc. is established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sho Tagawa to produce ramen business, sell PB products, make noodles, etc.
and the Produce Business Division is launched.
November 2013
Increased capital to 20,000,000 yen through a shareholder allocation and established a noodle-making factory in Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
March 2014
Achieved the opening of 10 directly managed stores in Japan (Yokohama Iekei Ramen Machida Shoten Shibuya store)

Achieved the opening of 20 directly managed stores in Japan (Yokohama Iekei Ramen Kanamachi Shoten)
