Since our establishment in 2008, we have been refining the taste of our ramen so that once you try it, you will never forget it and want to try it again. We have not only created delicious ramen, but we have also been committed to creating a restaurant that is memorable.

We want to deliver the best ramen to our customers with the utmost energy and smiles. We put our heart and soul into each bowl of ramen and hope to provide a taste that will be loved by people all over the world. The lively atmosphere of the restaurant, the courteous manner in which you place your order, and the energetic interaction of our staff. Ramen is not simply placed on the table. We believe that by valuing the feeling of "giving" ramen to each and every one of our customers, the flavor of our ramen becomes even more delicious. We have a commitment to what can be called a tradition that we have built up since our establishment.

In order to provide the best ramen at all times, we have researched, developed, and produced all of our own noodles, sauce, and soup, which are the lifeblood of ramen, since the establishment of the company. We have accumulated the know-how to create restaurants that thrive. We have also been making full use of this know-how in our overseas business development.

We are now rapidly expanding both directly managed and produced stores. We have made many mistakes. But all of them have been a source of sustenance for us. No matter how many more stores we open in the future, we are determined to create stores that will be loved by local residents for a long time. We have a goal. We are moving forward with our plan to bring ramen to people all over the world, starting with the opening of stores overseas. We aim to open 1,000 stores in Japan and 1,000 stores overseas, and we will accelerate the opening of new stores by focusing more on human resource training.
