From a Dream of Childcare to a Career in Food and Beverage: A New Way to Deliver Happiness

I studied childcare in college and aspired to become a nursery school teacher. From an early age, I found joy in coaching younger students through baseball, and this naturally led me to pursue a career in childcare. However, I felt a gap between reality and ideals in the childcare field and decided to look for a new path. What supported me at that time was a part-time job I had at a theme park when I was a student. I had the opportunity to see the smiling faces of children and realized that I could make people happy in a way different from childcare. However, the Corona disaster caused me to give up that path as well.

It was in this context that we came across Gift. I strongly agreed with the company's philosophy This philosophy is very close to the philosophy of the theme parks that I had longed to visit. This philosophy is very close to the philosophy of the theme parks I had admired. I was also inspired to choose this career path by my part-time work experience at a ramen restaurant I had been working at since my school days.

First of all, you have to enjoy yourself, and that is the power that drives the team.

After joining the company, I gained experience in a store and am currently involved in the launch of new stores in the store opening planning section. I provide comprehensive support, including training cast members, supporting store managers, and proposing best practices at other stores. What I particularly value is "having fun myself. I have experienced firsthand the impact that a supervisor's attitude has on staff during my childcare training and store work. That is why I try to convey a positive attitude to new cast members by taking the initiative to enjoy myself.

We want to deliver smiles and thoughts, and we will continue to move forward with an unchanging axis.

My dream as a childcare worker has changed in form, but my fundamental desire to make people happy has not. Rather, I feel that I am now in a position to bring smiles to even more people. I will continue to take pride in my work to create happiness while cherishing each and every encounter with each person.
