From Store Sales to Design Supervision - Support Capability to Take Advantage of On-site Experience

I was originally hired by the head office, but I started out in store sales. I was bewildered by my first ramen restaurant, but this experience came in handy later. That is what the Design Management Department does. The Design Management Department manages repairs and renovations and prepares for new restaurants. I asked myself, "What needs to be broken in a store?" "What can we put in the new store to make it operate efficiently?" The experience in the store was very useful in thinking about "What can be broken in the store? I sometimes tell store staff what to look out for when handling equipment or make maintenance videos, an approach I was able to take because of my knowledge of store operations. Through these efforts, we are helping to reduce the number of equipment repairs and ensure smooth and problem-free operations.

Deepening Expertise and Continuing to Take on Challenges - Taking Iekei Ramen to the World

In the future, I would like to actively challenge myself to see what I can do with Gifts as a whole, while developing more specialized knowledge. Gift generously shares its knowledge with me while allowing me to take on new challenges. Because the company has such a culture, I would like to contribute to Gift by utilizing and deepening my knowledge.
