Aspirations for Overseas Expansion and Determination to Grow

I like eating and English. These were the two reasons why I joined the company. Furthermore, during my internship, I had the opportunity to visit a store in New York, and when I learned that there were stores overseas, I felt more potential for the company.

When I decided to join the company, Gift had not yet gone public. That is why I wanted to make Gift even bigger and grow with the company over my own life.

I am currently working in a store because I wanted to become a store manager and cultivate my experience in the field. I used to work in a department called the Human Resource Education Department at the head office.

However, I told my supervisor that I wanted to return to the stores because I thought that experience as a store manager was essential to contribute to Gift's goal of 1,000 stores overseas in the future.

The place where I am working now is a stage prepared by my superior in order to break my kara.

I realize that I do not have enough knowledge or experience.
