I was attracted not by the company, but by the people. Encounter with Gift

This company is so different!" This was my honest impression when I first met Gift. At a job fair, there was no explanation, just time to eat ramen noodles. I was intrigued. I was intrigued. From there, the more I learned about Gift, the more I fell in love with the company. The people who work at Gift are all smiling and friendly. They treated me as a "person to person" rather than as a job hunter and a company employee. I thought that this company could provide the "close customer service" that I was looking for.

Every day is an update. A form of growth that continues to challenge us.

During my time as manager, my main duties were to train cast members rather than to serve customers. I have never forgotten the fun and the closeness to my colleagues. Education is difficult in some areas, but I tried to convey the fun that only a restaurant, and by extension, only GIFT, can offer, so that the staff could enjoy both the hall and cooking. I also enjoy growing up at Gift. Once every six months, I have a chance to present what I have done and the results I have achieved to my superiors, and I receive feedback and constant advice from them, so I never stop growing.

In the future, I would like to absorb more of Gift's attitude and the company's way of being at the head office. There is no other company that gives me so many challenges in such a short period of time and is such a fun company to work for. I will not waste this opportunity and will continue to challenge myself greedily.
