It was a more engrossing job than public service or management.

From aspiring public servant to gifted, a decision to pursue a dream
I attended the economics department with an aspiration to become a public servant, but I had a desire to "fulfill a bigger dream as a manager. Despite these thoughts, I happened to attend a company information session at Gift, and was moved by their enthusiasm and the attitude of enjoying their work. I was particularly struck by the question during the interview, "What do you want to do in the future? I was particularly moved by his words during the interview, "What do you want to do in the future? I was moved by their sincere attitude toward my life and decided to join the company.
Store manager experience taught me the essence of "supportive power".
After joining the company, I had an important realization as I gained experience as a store manager. At first, I naively thought that everyone would follow me in the position of store manager. However, no one would follow me in that case. I learned the importance of supporting the growth of those around me by returning to the philosophy of "Shiawase starts with you.
While taking this experience into consideration, I am currently overseeing multiple stores as a block manager and providing support to each manager. What I value is not only listening to their advice, but also guiding them to dig deeper into the problem so that they can come up with an answer. I also give them words that keep them motivated so that they can enjoy the work in front of them. I do this because I believe that both the team and the stores can only grow if they are willing to put their full effort into the work they are doing now.
Another form of challenge presented by "Management's Dream
My goal of "becoming a business owner" has now taken a slightly different form. I have realized that it is better for me to grow something that already exists than to create something from scratch. At Gift, I am given the opportunity to take on a variety of challenges. In this challenging environment, I would like to work hard to create an environment where GIFT can be more widely recognized as a rewarding place to work.
Gift is a workplace full of challenging and ambitious people.
We invite you to put your experience and skills in the food and beverage industry to good use at Gift.
