Yokohama Iekei Ramen Kanamachi Shoten, which was temporarily closed due to a gas leak that occurred on July 6, 2021, is reopening for business today. The cause of the incident, which is under investigation, was determined to be a gas leak during the venting of a cassette stove cylinder, which ignited the gas. As a result of this incident, we have decided to discontinue the use of the cassette stove.
